Oh hey, it was not criticism to you! It was more that in a thread by Dragon i said that the only HU cover was that of Royal Artists, and mistakingly assumed this Sem mix was new.

But it is the exact same mix. I am not even sure if Sem worked as Royal Artists back then. Either way, if Sem himself did a reprint of this under the IC3M4N vs Sem name, then this rather adds to the confusion, but that's on Sem and he shouldn't do that then.
