Krakenfiles ma jedną wadę: politykę dotyczącą praw autorskich ma tak samo restrykcyjną albo nawet bardziej niż sam YT.

No, its not because of this! They had a large fire where the servers are and they lost a lot of data, they also had the backup servers in the same place which got destroyed.

Hello,
We have sad news for you. At Wednesday 10 March 2021, a fire broke one of datacenter where KrakenFiles keep data. Unfortunately, all the data on the "s3" server was irreversibly damaged due to a fire that erupted in one datacentre where our service kept its data. The copy of server "s3" data was also irreversibly damaged, as it was located in the same building. The fire consumed both disks with real data and backup.
We have put several new servers in different locations to prevent similar accidents in the future.
We are still a young website and this is another lesson for us not to keep real data and copies in the same datacenter.
We apologize to everyone for losing your files. We hope that there will be no more similar incidents.
