Barbarez_feat_Mike_Rossi_-_Hamburg_Rulez-Promo-CDM-2002-SQ is indeed fake. SQ never pre'd this; someone on EuroAdrenaline (anyone remembers that forum?) who didn't understand the difference between vinyl and CD-quality made this up.
I can't help you with this exact CDM, but I do have FLAC rips of Hamburg Rulez. The rips come from these compilations that I own myself:
