I guess it's good that hands up gets some mainstream attention again by adding some house influences. You see the same happening with happy hardcore (hear Quickdrop his new tracks for example). I guess it is good that the genre evolves a bit (I might give it a try myself in the future too ). That said, I do like the track but I am not sure if it is the best I have heard over the last few years as @Basshunter said. For that is it not original enough as the melody sounds a lot like 'God is a girl' and the synth in the break is the typical 'DJ Mango - Eurodancer' sound.
