Let me explain a little about the track Deep.Spirit - Lonely 2k16 (Dan Winter Remix Edit).
After the release of the remix by Dan Winter, I made a video mix, because I liked the Hands Up remix. There was no official video for this track, so the video was made from my "copyright-free" sources. I posted my video on my YouTube channel.

After some time, my video on YouTube was deleted due to a complaint from ARC-Records, who are the copyright holders of this track. A representative of ARC-Records made a claim to me in a private message that before making a video mix, I should have asked permission from the copyright holder, i.e. from him. I asked to leave the video, because I did not ask for money or any "regalia" for this video and do not want it. The video was made for free only because of my love for Hands Up. The ARC-Records representative found my arguments unconvincing and still did not return my video to YouTube.
After some time, another official video for this track from ARC-Records was released. I know that the video editing was done by the well-known Marc Korn. I like the video from Marc Korn and I have no complaints.
Dan Winter did not participate in this "conflict".
Probably, this "conflict" was found out on YouTube, because all the videos there were deleted...
