I don’t remember exactly, but until about 2011-2012 there was a website called Technorocker.info. It was an analogue of "Handsupowo". The site has been closed. I don't remember exactly what happened...

I downloaded a lot of tracks from that site and saved everything. Now I sometimes share with you exclusive tracks that I downloaded from that site
There was also a Hands Up project "Technorocker". Whether there is a connection between that project and the site, I don't know.
If this is a revival of that project, then it's great
